AM510 Eccentric Plug Rotary Control Valve

Eccentric plug valves are economical high-performance control valves designed to provided the best possible control accuracy and wide rangeability with the all inherent benefits of rotary control valves.
Standard units are equipped with cylinder actuators and intelligent valve controllers for precise flow control, extended operational life and performance monitoring on-line.

Versatility: wide application range

Choice of body lengths to directly replace both globe style and rotary style valves with a one-piece body construction.

Temperature limits -80 ℃ to +425 ℃ -110 °F to 800 °F with the standard construction. Cryogenic version-200℃/-390°F.

Safety

Fire-tested and certified. Anti-blowout feature is achieved by enlarged stem diameter.Rugged one-piece-body construction minimizes potential leak paths and makes valve insensitive to pipe stress.

Tight Shutoff over Extended Service Life provided by low friction, can action offset plug mated with self-aligning orbital seat.
